ken wrote on Friday, October 22, 2021 (PDT):8n and 9n will have a heavy cast iron oil pan that acts like the frame. Front axle will be bolted to the pan. 600 has a stamped steel pan much like an automobile. The engine block is the frame. front axle bolts to the block.
